The Sims is turning 23, and EA is giving away a free Sims 4 pack to over 90 people to celebrate, including the life-sim’s latest expansion. From now until Feb. 27, 2023, you can enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win any Sims 4 pack of your choice, including the recently-announced Growing Together expansion, the Werewolf pack, kits, and stuff packs.

While the kits and stuff packs range from $5 to $10, The Sims 4’s larger expansions cost around $40 unless they’re on sale. Getting one of those for free isn’t a bad deal, especially since some of the older packs tend to vary in quality. Discover University went down poorly with most fans, for example, whereas Cottage Living, Seasons, and Cats and Dogs are among the most popular and add the most to daily Sims life.

To enter, you need to respond to one of the “happy birthday” posts on The Sims’ social accounts – Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok – by saying which Sim from the Sims universe is your favorite, with the hashtag #HBDSimsGiveaway. You’re also forbidden from using any character from the Star Wars pack, so don’t do that.

On March 4, 2023, EA will pick 23 winners from each social platform and let them choose a pack of their choice, including Growing Together, which releases on March 16, 2023, for PC and consoles. EA's website has the full list of rules.
