For the first time in WNBA history, a team’s season ticket packages sold out for an entire season as the reigning champion Las Vegas Aces accomplished this feat on Thursday.

The team sold around 8,600 season ticket packages ahead of the 2024 campaign in order to sell out for the season. The Aces play their first game May 14 against the Phoenix Mercury at Michelob Ultra Arena.

Last season, in which the Aces won their second consecutive WNBA title, the team held the highest average attendance rate in the league at 9,551 fans per game and sold out nine individual contests.

One of the highest anticipated games of the 2024 season will take place in Las Vegas when the Aces host the Indiana Fever on May 25. The Fever are expected to draft Iowa’s Caitlin Clark with the No. 1 selection next month.

The Aces’ single game tickets won’t go on sale until late April.
