WNBA Fans React to Caitlin Clark Getting Leveled by Punishing Screen

Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark had a true "Welcome to the WNBA" moment during Saturday's game against the New York Liberty.
Clark, who was attempting to get back on defense, got turned around and ran right into a screen being set by Liberty center Breanna Stewart.
Here's the clip of Clark, who took quite the shot on the clean pick set by Stewart:

WNBA fans couldn't believe their eyes:
Clean, non-violent screen. Clark's teammates need a refresher course in communication. https://t.co/ZvsYUdDEpS

I like Caitlin. But I love the hazing coming into the league. WNBA tougher than NBA now https://t.co/YHjp3qRCVs

Damn she got folded up like a funeral chair. But it’s her teammates responsibility to call out the screen. https://t.co/EK1ajBZX1l

I will say this AGAIN for those “new” fans… Rookies learn and adjust. Especially the good ones. Happens on the men’s side, happens to good freshmen when they first get to college.

This is Caitlin’s right to passage. If she is who she’s suppose to be… this only adds fuel! https://t.co/rXPUxHPPez
It’s rough and they gonna turn her into a beast! This is honestly dope as hell to watch. This like a movie. https://t.co/Pj9v1ufJDZ
