AEW Double or Nothing 2024: Swerve Strickland's First AEW World Title Challenger Revealed
Swerve Strickland has his first AEW World Championship challenger lined up for AEW Double or Nothing 2024.
During the May 1st episode of AEW Dynamite, Swerve made his way out and had some choice words for EVPs Matthew and Nicholas Jackson. The Young Bucks then revealed who Strickland's contender will be on May 26th.
Christian Cage will be fighting Swerve Strickland for AEW's top male prize.

Swerve Strickland vs. Christian Cage Official for AEW Double or Nothing 2024
Cage made his way out with The Patriarchy. Cage immediately attacked Swerve with the microphone. Strickland was then planted with the Killswitch on his own AEW World Championship.
Christian Cage made it clear that he hasn't forgotten that Swerve once left Nick Wayne, a member of The Patriarchy, in a pool of his own blood. He also vented about losing a tag team coffin match with Swerve at the All In PPV back in August 2023.

- Roderick Strong (c) vs. Will Ospreay - for the AEW International Championship
- Swerve Strickland (c) vs. Christian Cage - for the AEW World Championship
