Tama Tonga is officially a member of the WWE roster.

Prior to Friday Night SmackDown, it was reported by PWInsider that Tama was seen at the location of the blue brand show.

As it turns out, the former NJPW NEVER Openweight Champion did indeed make an appearance on WWE TV.

BREAKING: INJURED WWE SUPERSTAR SET TO MAKE SHOCKING RETURN ON MONDAY NIGHT RAW

Solo Sikoa was in the ring with Paul Heyman and Jimmy Uso, and Solo cut Heyman off when he said it was time for change in The Bloodline. Sikoa hugged Jimmy before turning his back. It was then where Tama Tonga attacked Jimmy from behind.

Solo then placed a chair over Jimmy and hit him with a running hip attack to injure him.

A terrified Heyman tried calling Roman Reigns, but Solo smashed Paul's phone. It'll be interesting to see if this leads to a power struggle between Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns down the line. It's unknown when Roman will be back on television, but this latest storyline twist within The Bloodline has sparked some interest in the faction in the Cody Rhodes era.

Even on commentary, Wade Barrett questioned who was calling the shots in The Bloodline now. Heyman kept saying Tama Tonga's attack on Jimmy Uso was not part of what "The Tribal Chief" wanted, but it seems Roman's authority has now been challenged.
