Fightful Select's Corey Brennan reports that current NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov and Carmelo Hayes are being described as "locks" to land on either Raw or SmackDown. The news probably doesn't come as a surprise to hardcore fans. After all, Hayes has already had his run with NXT gold, and Dragunov is a seasoned veteran who has long been ready for the bright lights.
WWE has been teasing the likes of NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez making the jump with a recent appearance on Raw. There's no word on whether or not WWE wants Roxanne to continue developing her heel persona on NXT TV before she ultimately makes the jump. Perez could very well have to wait another time, but nothing has been set in stone on that front.
