Hamilton Tiger-Cats Bring Back OL Brandon Revenberg

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats re-signed one of their longest-tenured players in offensive lineman Brandon Revenberg.

In one of the more notable moves in Hamilton's offseason, the Tiger-Cats will be bringing back one of their top players.

The team announced Wednesday the re-signing of offensive lineman Brandon Revenberg on a two-year contract extension that will last through the 2025 season.

After playing his college ball at Grand Valley State, Revenberg was drafted third overall by Hamilton in the 2016 CFL Draft.

Revenberg has played 120 games for the Tiger-Cats and started 107 of them. He has only missed two games in his seven seasons, with no games missed due to injury.

He started all 18 games at left guard in 2023 and was selected as a CFL East All-Star. Revenberg played a big role in helping running back James Butler become the first Tiger-Cat since 2010 to rush for over 1,000 yards this past season.

Revenberg was named a CFL All-Star four seasons in a row (2018-2022) and he currently has an active streak of five straight CFL East All-Star selections. He has also earned the Leo Dandurand Trophy winner for most outstanding East Division offensive lineman three times.

Hamilton has signed or re-signed 12 players since their announcement of the restructuring of the football operations last week.
