Former Georgia quarterback Faton Bauta will transfer to Colorado State for his final season of NCAA eligibility, Colorado State head coach Mike Bobo announced on Twitter.

The move reunites Bauta with Bobo, who was a Bulldogs assistant from 2001–14, serving as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach the last eight of those years.

Bauta, a redshirt junior, has already graduated from Georgia and is eligible to play right away in 2016. In his lone start for the Bulldogs, he completed 15 of 33 passes for 154 yards and four interceptions in a 27–3 loss to the Florida Gators this season.
