Tom Brady Tweaks C.J. Stroud After Michigan Outlasts Ohio State in Instant Classic

Following their win over No. 2 Ohio State, No. 3 Michigan (12–0, 9–0 Big Ten) will play Iowa next Saturday in the Big Ten championship game in Indianapolis.

After No. 3 Michigan's thrilling 30–24 win over heated rival No. 2 Ohio State on Saturday, one of the most famous Wolverine alumni threw some shade at one of the NFL’s rising stars.

While having former Ohio State star quarterback C.J. Stroud as a guest on his Let’s Go! podcast earlier this month, Tom Brady jokingly tossed out a bet on Saturday's showdown.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion was so confident that Michigan would emerge victorious he offered one of his rings to Stroud if the Buckeyes pulled the upset.

Meanwhile, Stroud would have to put up his youth and stellar attributes.

"If Michigan beats Ohio State, then you got to give me all your youth, your agility, your time in the 40 and all your future years in the NFL,” said Brady on the podcast.

After Michigan earned the impressive home win, Brady hilariously joked that the stellar Texans signal-caller was smart not to bet on his alma mater.

"Smart move not taking the bet @CJ7STROUD. At least you keep the rocket arm and 4.4 40 time,” posted Brady.

Following the win, Michigan (12–0, 9–0 Big Ten) will play Iowa next Saturday, Dec. 2 at 8 p.m. ET in the Big Ten championship game in Indianapolis.
