Alabama head football coach Nick Saban was caught out of character this past weekend. Saban, on Sunday, was captured by his daughter Kristen Saban Setas enjoying a Virtual Reality game.

Setas, posting to her timeline on Father's Day, gave the Alabama fan base a glimpse behind the curtain to show off the West Virginian's fighting prowess. The clip appears to be at Christmas time based on the decorations in the Saban household.

To see the seven-time national championship winning coach utilizing VR technology is quite surprising, given his public aversion to utilizing the internet and current communication styles. However, at 71-year's old the Crimson Tide football coach still appears agile and active as he takes on a virtual opponent.

Saban shows off a one-two combo with what appears to be a body shot to his virtual opponent and then displays his jab as he works his left hand into the face of his shadow boxing opponent.

The Alabama legend is no stranger to letting his hair down in his own home as he's been captured before riding go-karts and enjoying lake time with his players over the years.

As the Crimson Tide prepares for another season and attempts to re-establish itself as the king of college football, it's important to remember that behind the football coach is a man who loves spending time with his family.
