Arkansas guard Devo Davis has entered the transfer portal. He posted his announcement on his social media around 1 p.m.

Previously, Davis agreed to announce his future plans on-air with 103.7 The Buzz host Justin Acri. There were already issues with him taking a sabbatical midway through conference play and not working toward prior obligations with the NIL agreement.

He spent all four seasons of his college career with the Razorbacks. Davis started 85 games and played in 132 at Arkansas.

Davis averaged a career lows across the board with six points per game, three rebounds and two assists this season. He averaged 11 points per game last season including 25 points and eight rebounds against Kansas in the Sweet 16.

Davis’ departure comes after the Razorbacks not playing as a team throughout the season. Both Khalif Battle and Davis discussed a lack of togetherness between this year's squad.

"Just difficult knowing that whatever is next, hopefully everyone takes this and knows that, like, when things are on the line, you shouldn’t just put yourself first, you know what I mean?" Davis said to NattyStateSports.com. “You should do it for the team. And not everybody did that.”

Arkansas has now lost four players in the transfer portal. Fellow Arkansas native Joseph Pinion, forward Denijay Harris and point guard Keyon Menifield. This could give Arkansas up to seven scholarships available with five set to graduate.
