FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — With a season going to the wayside, Eric Musselman’s staff continues to recruit 2025 talent extremely hard at the high school level. Since taking over in Fayetteville, countless highly regarded prospects have started to look Arkansas’ way again, and it’ll be no different with the 2025 class.

High school powerhouse Duncanville, Texas continues to churn out elite talent. Keep in mind this is the same program which gifted the Razorbacks Anthony Black and nearly wound up with Ron Holland. 4-star guard BJ Davis-Ray is capable of playing multiple positions beyond the perimeter at 6-foot-6, 187 pounds.

Davis-Ray ranks No. 73 nationally, per 247sports composite ranking. He is the No. 17 small forward and No. 8 prospect in the state of Texas. He currently averages 20 points, nine rebounds and four assists on the season while shooting 40% from deep. Kansas, Arkansas, Michigan State, Creighton and Stanford are schools staying in touch with him the most.

Dante Allen, the No. 83 prospect in 247sports rankings, holds offers from Arkansas, Villanova, Michigan and Georgetown so far through his junior year. The 6-3, 210 pounder can play both point and shooting guard at the next level.

The Miami native displays a knack for making big plays while also crafting himself as a knockdown outside shooter. He’s averaging 20.5 points per game for his Riviera Prep squad. He’s also pulling in eight rebounds, three assists and three steals. The junior is shooting over 52% from the field, 42% from three and 80% from the charity stripe.

One of the top juniors in America is 4-star power forward Cam Ward. The 6-7, 210 pounder from Upper Marlboro, Maryland ranks as the No. 54 prospect in the class of 2025 with offers from Maryland, Florida State, Arkansas, Kansas State, Louisville, Texas, Tennessee and Texas A&M.

Ward leads the state of Maryland in scoring at 27.5 points per game, according to MaxPreps. He averages 12 rebounds, 2.5 assists, two steals and one block this season. The Largo High School star is knocking down 59% of his field goal attempts and has made 72% of his foul shots. While he makes nearly 70% of his shots from two, Ward has only shot 7-of-39 from deep as a junior.

Another rising big man to receive a recent offer from Arkansas is Sadiq White. The 6-foot-8, 180 pounder ranks as the No. 26 prospect in the country for 2025 and No. 1 player in North Carolina. White picked up an offer from the Razorbacks just before its match-up with Mississippi State last Saturday.

The Charlotte, North Carolina native has seen his stock skyrocket as of late with Alabama, Illinois, South Carolina, Ohio State and Syracuse also offer him within the past month. He is averaging 18 points, six boards, two blocks and two assists in 23 games for his Myers Park squad.

White is converting nearly 70% of his attempts from the field but only 54% at the free throw line. He will most likely need to develop offensively before receiving tons of playing time at the next level. However, he does run the floor well in transition and plays solid defense which is a staple among Musselman’s best players.
