Auburn has reached out to and offered six-foot-seven 190-pound wing Chad Baker-Mazara who played at Northwest Florida (JUCO) last season.

Baker-Mazara played previously at San Diego State before transferring to the JUCO ranks.

He averaged 15.2 pts, 3.6 rebs, and 2.1 ast for Northwest Florida last season.

The best part about Baker-Mazara's game is that he shot a whooping 46% from three last season on 143 attempts.

Baker-Mazara could fill the hole left by Allen Flanigan transferring and help Auburn at the small forward position.

Texas A&M is also after Baker-Mazara, so the Tigers will have to win an SEC battle to land this talented wing player.

There is a lot to still be decided about this Auburn basketball roster, as the NBA Combine will play a significant role in how the Tigers finish the 2023-24 roster.

Auburn is interested in Vanderbilt transfer Tyrin Lawrence and Tennessee transfer Julian Phillips, but these two don't seem close to decisions.

Phillips might stay in the NBA Draft if the combine goes well.

Baker-Mazara would be a great addition to the roster as he would fill a position of need for the Tigers.

It will be a jam-packed couple of weeks as Coach Pearl and his staff work to finish this roster.
