Vanderbilt leads 89-56 in the all-time series with Auburn including a 50-18 mark when playing at Memorial Gymnasium. The Tigers have won the last five-straight meetings with Vanderbilt capturing rare road wins in the series during the 2018-19 season (W, 64-53) and 2020-21 season (W, 73-67).

Up until 2018-19, AU had not won at Memorial Gymnasium in close to 20 years since an 86-80 victory during the 1999-2000 season. Vanderbilt Head Coach Jerry Stackhouse is 0-3 versus the Tigers in his career, while Auburn Head Coach Bruce Pearl is 13-8 against the Commodores.
