Auburn EDGE Dylan Brooks has entered the transfer portal

Auburn has lost a player at a very thin position.
Dylan Brooks, a former four-star EDGE, has entered the transfer portal.
Brooks, a 6-5, 250-pound sophomore, did not see the field in his first season with the Tigers. He appeared in nine games in 2022, recording six tackles, one TFL, one sack, and one fumble recovery.
With Auburn hosting two EDGE portal prospects (now known as the JACK position under new defensive coordinator Ron Roberts) Isaac Ukwu (James Madison) and Jalen McLeod (Appalachian State), it's not a surprise that Brooks is making this move into the portal.
The Tigers have had seven players depart from the program within the last few weeks, including three backup linebackers:
Wide Receiver Tar'Varish Dawson
Defensive lineman Jeffrey M'ba
Defensive lineman Tobechi Okoli
Defensive end Dylan Brooks
Linebacker Kameron Brown
Linebacker Desmond Tisdol
Linebacker Powell Gordon
Auburn has pulled in an impressive haul thus far during Hugh Freeze's first season on the Plains, currently sitting at No. 3 nationally in 247Sports' transfer portal class rankings.
