Auburn football's most valuable players in 2023: No. 23 Camden Brown

We continue our countdown towards Auburn's 2023 season with a ranking of their most valuable players.

Wide receiver Camden Brown lands at No. 23 in our top 25.

Auburn football has several wide receivers that could take a huge step in the Hugh Freeze offense.

Brown had nine receptions in his first season on the Plains, recording 123 yards and two receiving touchdowns - both of which came against SEC competition.

The lengthy Brown is a physical standout in practice and is a valuable commodity in what has turned into a tall receiver room for Hugh Freeze. Freeze has has an excellent track record with tall, physical receivers, and Brown could morph into something special for the offense this season if Freeze gives him the chance to show his skills.

Receivers like Shane Hooks and Jyaire Shorter may overshadow him this season. It does not mean he can't make plays in meaningful games like he did last year.
