The value in Nixon is his experience and statistical production.
Of which, he has a lot.
Nixon appeared in 45 games for the North Texas Mean Green in four seasons, recording 246 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, and 5.5 sacks.
He is a production MACHINE and will be a great add to the linebacking core this fall.
Players like Austin Keys and Cam Riley will also feature at linebacker but may not be more productive than Nixon.
