Former Auburn wide receiver Shedrick Jackson was not drafted in the 2023 NFL Draft but was signed as a free agent by the Cincinnati Bengals.

His performance during his short time in Cincinnati has given him a real chance to make the team.

Chris Roling of Bengals Wire had this to say about Jackson's chances of making the team, "Depending on if and how Jackson picks up special teams responsibilities, he could be in the mix for a possible seventh wideout spot. And if not, he’s undoubtedly made his case for the practice squad, which could mean a call up to the active roster at any point in time."

During his three preseason games, Jackson caught nine passes for 112 yards and a touchdown, which came in his most recent game.

It would be exciting to see Jackosn make the team after not being drafted, as we don't see this all that often.

Jackson is the type of player who could take the league by storm and be forever a part of the club of undrafted players to succeed in the NFL.
