Former Auburn running back Kerryon Johnson will be on staff at UNA
Former Auburn and Detroit Lions running back Kerryon Johnson has been brought on staff at the University of North Alabama as the director of player personnel.
The director of player personnel is an essential position as you do a lot with recruiting and scouting, which is a big part of putting together a talented football team.
There is no doubt in my mind that Johnson will make a great recruiter as he is an all-around great person who is quite funny.
Johnson joins former Auburn linebacker DeShaun Davis on this UNA staff.
Davis is an assistant coach and also coaches the linebackers for the Lions.
Johnson and Davis are both guys that will succeed in the coaching realm thanks to their knowledge of the game and personability.
Congrats to Johnson for accepting this position with UNA, and hopefully, this is the start of a very successful college football coaching career.
