No. 11 Baylor Bears vs. Texas Tech: Preview & How to Watch
The No. 11 Baylor men’s basketball team returns to the confines of the Ferrell Center to host the Texas Tech Red Raiders on Saturday, Feb. 4, as the Bears aim to bounce back from a heartbreaking road loss at No. 10 Texas.
Saturday’s Big 12 showdown between the Bears and Red Raiders is slated to tip off at 12 p.m. Central Time and will be televised on CBS.
Baylor (16-6, 5-4 Big 12) is 4-1 over the last five games, winning at Texas Tech, at Oklahoma, at home over No. 8 Kansas, in Waco over Arkansas on Jan. 28 and a five-point loss at No. 10 Texas on Jan. 30.
Texas Tech (12-10, 1-8 Big 12), meanwhile, is 2-3 over the last five games, losing at home against Baylor, on the road against Kansas State and at home against West Virginia prior to picking up back-to-back wins: at LSU on Jan. 28 and an overtime victory at home over No. 13 Iowa State on Jan. 30.
The Bears are currently led in scoring by guard Keyonte George (17.2 points per game), rebounding by forward Jalen Bridges (5.8 per game) and assists by guard Adam Flagler (4.9 per game).
Red Raiders forward Kevin Obanor leads Texas Tech in scoring (15.7 points per game) and rebounds (6.5 per game) while guard De’Vion Harmon leads in assists (3.7 per game).
