Bearcats Offensive Coordinator Tom Manning Leaving For NFL

Scott Satterfield's coaching staff is getting another shakeup.

CINCINNATI — Bearcats offensive coordinator Tom Manning is leaving Cincinnati after agreeing to take a job with the Indianapolis Colts, sources confirmed on Monday.

That means Scott Satterfield will be looking for another offensive coordinator. He does call his own plays, which helps, but this is still a big blow to the Bearcats. 

Manning will join Shane Steichen's staff in Indianapolis. This is the latest staff change for Satterfield in his first-year at the University of Cincinnati. 

Chad Brendel of Bearcat Journal was the first to report the news.

Sources tell @BearcatJournal that new Cincinnati OC Tom Manning is headed to the NFL. Apparently an offer he couldn't refuse to jump to the highest level of the sport. Stay tuned to BCJ for further details.
