Former UC QB Zach Collaros Wins CFL Most Outstanding Player Award

The Bearcats legend is building the same status up north.

CINCINNATI — Back-to-back Most Outstanding Player awards for Zach Collaros. The quarterback won the Canadian Football League's highest honor on Thursday night.

It marks his second career MOP and second-straight year winning the award after leading the Winnipeg Blue Bombers to the Grey Cup title last season. 

He has the Bombers in the big game again this season as the team goes for its third consecutive Grey Cup against the Toronto Argonauts this Sunday at 6 p.m. ET.

Collaros is questionable for the contest after suffering an ankle injury during their win over the BC Lions this past Sunday.
