The Athletic Ranks Cincinnati Among 10 Worst Power Conference Teams

UC fell to 2-2 this past Saturday.

CINCINNATI — The tumble continued for UC football in The Athletic's weekly ranking of all 133 FBS teams. Cincinnati is down to 87th overall following the 20-6 loss to Oklahoma (ranked 79th last week).

They are just one spot ahead of the 1-3 Pitt Panthers, a win that's looking less and less impressive each week. Cincinnati can quell a lot of negative chatter if it goes into BYU (No. 41 on this ranking) and beats the Cougars on Friday.

Cincinnati is the lowest-ranked team in the entire Big 12 on this list just behind Baylor (No. 86) and the ninth-worst Power Conference team in the exercise.
