UC Announces Three More Additions To Football Staff, Including First-Ever Dietician

Cincinnati made history with a brand-new role.

CINCINNATI — Scott Satterfield officially brought over three more staffers from Louisville this week.

UC announced the hiring of Luke Mullet (special assistant to the head coach), Micaela Serrano (football dietician), and Clay Colvin (director of creative media).

“I’m excited to announce these additions to our staff,” Satterfield said. “From technology management and operations to recruiting and branding to fueling our student-athletes the right way, all three serve purposes that are vital to our program. Having worked with each of them at Louisville, I have seen their commitment to excellence. They will make our program better and I’m excited to welcome them to our Cincinnati family.”

All three are very familiar with Satterfield starting with Mullet, who was the director of football technology at U of L dating back to 2018. He handled all coaches' video and digital technology for the Cardinals.

Serrano is making history as UC football's first registered dietician. She had been Louisville's dietician since 2020. Colvin also held a similar role in Louisville to his new gig at UC.

The media expert is now in control of the football team's official social media accounts.
