CINCINNATI — Travis Kelce got his wish.

The former Cincinnati tight end and current Chiefs star wanted to get in touch with Taylor Swift while seeing her on tour in July, but she doesn't talk to people much on her show days to save her voice.

The Messenger reports that they have since "linked up."

"Taylor and Travis have been quietly hanging out," a source told The Messenger. "She saw him when she was in NYC a few weeks ago."

The two were born just a few months apart in 1989, which is also the title of one of Swift's albums.

"Well, I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings," Kelce said back in July. "So I was a little butthurt that I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her," Kelce told his brother, Jason. "If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets, and I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it… alright now…. She doesn’t meet anybody, or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personal."
