2025 Cornerback Jordyn Woods Talks Offer From Cincinnati, Visit Plans

Jordyn Woods explains what the UC offer means to him
In this story:

TUNNEL HILL — Jordyn Woods is a 6-foot-4, 183-pound 2025 cornerback from Cartersville High School in Georgia.

He is currently unranked and recently received a UC offer. The talented cornerback recapped his Cincinnati offer with All Bearcats.

“This offer means a lot I’ve been working for this for a long time and I kind of came up watching Sauce Gardner and to know he’s one of the best defensive backs in the league catches my eye on how they develop their players,” Woods stated. “I’ve spoken to many coaches these past few days but the defensive coordinator told me where he saw me playing and what role I could play and help the team.

"The staff is awesome they see something in me and I love that, they know what they’re doing when it comes to football and they have the tools to win many games. I feel like I could be anywhere in the secondary for the Bearcats or wherever they need me most.”

The talented Georgia high school athlete dug into his thoughts about UC.

“What makes Cincinnati unique is how they play, they play tough and with grit, and not many things can get in between them and winning.” The Cartersville corner notes. “Yes, I plan to visit on March 23rd to attend a spring practice to see what it’s all about in person.”
