Danny Kanell shouldn't need a reminder to leave Deion Sanders alone. The CBS analyst and fellow Florida State alum decided to go after Coach Prime during the Rocky Mountain Showdown on Saturday night.

"Imagine that. Appears Jay Norvell was spending the week studying film and game planning instead of doing interviews and selling sunglasses," Kanell tweeted out.

It was a sideways swipe diven off of Norvell's comments earlier in the week, when the CSU coach said he takes his hat and glasses off when he talks to grownups.

Kanell changed his tone towards the end of the game, but this isn't the first time the two have gotten into it. The former QB decided to take a shot at Deion for saying he wasn't a 'Nole in an off-season press conference. Sanders responded by telling Kanell to "stay out of grown folks business" about him not fully claiming FSU.

Sanders and the Buffaloes pulled out an incredible 43-35 double-overtime win over the Rams. It was another great game from Shedeur Sanders, who willed Colorado to the victory. They finished non-conference play undefeated and one win away from hitting the projected win total of 3.5.

Colorado hits the road to Eugene for a meeting with Oregon. Another nationally-featured contest at 3:30 p.m. on ABC.
