Deion Sanders knows all of his kids are tough as nails. Shilo Sanders is the latest example after going to the hospital after the loss to Oregon on Saturday. Coach Prime gave an update on his condition at Tuesday's press conference.

"He’s doing better," Sanders said. "We went to the hospital right after we landed. He’s doing much better. We’re praying that he heals and he’s playing this weekend."

Sanders went on to say, "He’s given me daily updates, trust me, and I’m praying that he can play, as a father as well as a coach."

Shilo stepped off the team plane and told his brother, Deion Sanders Jr, he was urinating blood. The video posted by Well Off Media has him joking about the serious situation before saying he would be headed to the emergency room.

Deion's middle son has been a tremendous force for the Buffs this season. The Jackson State transfer has 26 total tackles, an interception return for a TD, and forced fumble.

Colorado hopes to have Sanders in the lineup Saturday as they take on 8th-ranked USC (Noon ET, FOX).
