Duke basketball signee Kon Knueppel, who ranks No. 16 overall on the 247Sports 2024 Composite and committed to the Blue Devils in late September, enjoyed a productive season debut for his Wisconsin Lutheran squad on Tuesday night.

The 6-foot-5, 205-pound smooth forward tallied 24 points and eight rebounds. And as one can see in the following highlights, courtesy of League Ready, he showed off his ability to score well beyond the arc, from midrange, and at the basket, both as a post-up weapon and in transition:

Earlier this month, Knueppel inked his national letter of intent to play for Blue Devil head coach Jon Scheyer.

Duke's other four early 2024 signees are Montverde Academy (Fla.) five-star forward Cooper Flagg, North Meck (N.C.) five-star forward Isaiah Evans, Paul VI Catholic (Va.) five-star center Patrick Ngongba II, and Paul VI Catholic four-star forward Darren Harris.

Along with Kon Knueppel, all five boast top-60 composite rankings, highlighted by Flagg at No. 1. Harris is the only one not in the top 25.

So, it's no surprise the haul ranks No. 1 in the country, where it's almost certain to stay. And the Blue Devils might not be finished in the 2024 cycle, as they are among the finalists for two more five-star talents in Don Bosco Prep (N.J.) guard Dylan Harper and Long Island Lutheran (N.Y.) guard VJ Edgecombe.
