Spring break is over and the Florida State Seminoles wrapped up their winter workouts dubbed "Tour of Duty" last month. The 'Noles are set to start spring camp on March 19 ahead of the 2024 season and there are a lot of new faces on the roster paired with returning talent as FSU prepares for another ACC Title run.

FSU Football's Updated Spring Roster Sheds Light On Notable Weight Changes Across Roster

Head coach Mike Norvell, alongside his coordinators and position coaches, met with the media on Monday for their annual pre-spring luncheon to discuss the roster and expectations as they head into spring camp. With major pickups in the transfer portal, and returning some of their talent from last year, they were excited and looking forward to what lies ahead.

NoleGameday was in attendance for the event and got a chance to speak with the assistant coaches to get an idea of what to expect this spring.
