FSU Head Coach Mike Norvell Poses With Viral Goldfish After Win Over Pitt
The No. 4 Florida State Seminoles are 9-0 for the first time since 2014 after their 24-7 victory against the Pitt Panthers, and with the win, they are once again returning to the ACC Championship. The Seminoles have proven to be a very talented team with a potential Heisman Contender at quarterback and numerous NFL draft prospects on both sides of the ball, so it is no surprise they will compete for the conference championship.

With that being said, the loyalty of Seminole fans has been one of a kind this season. Three out of the four home games FSU has played so far have been sold out as well as a sea of garnet and gold in opposing stadiums all being there to support the team as they fight for a fourth national championship.
One Seminole fan in particular, though, has caught the eyes of fans, players, university personnel, and even head coach Mike Norvell, as this fan is a pet goldfish. Garnet the Goldfish has been at all of FSU's games in the 2023 season and traveled from Orlando to Pittsburgh to watch the 'Noles each Saturday.
While he first made an appearance in the locker room following FSU's dominant win over Wake Forest, Garnet once again joined Florida State in the locker room after the victory over Pitt and was seen posing for a video with Mike Norvell and Jarrian Jones.
Garnet may not be on the field as the Seminoles work to remain undefeated this season en route to a potential playoff appearance, but the goldfish has captured the hearts of fans and players alike and has been a consistent sight at all of FSU's games this season.
Catch Garnet the Goldfish and the Seminoles next week as they take on the Miami Hurricanes inside Doak Campbell Stadium for the first in-state rivalry game of the season.
