Kickoff Time Finalized For Florida State's Rivalry Matchup Against Miami Hurricanes

The Seminoles are searching for their third straight victory over the Hurricanes.

Florida State fought through adversity on the road to escape Pittsburgh with a 24-7 victory. The performance took plenty of grit as the Seminoles were forced to overcome the losses of their top two wide receivers; Johnny Wilson and Keon Coleman.

The Miami Hurricanes are the next team on the docket as Florida State concludes its slate of conference games against one of its top rivals. Ahead of the contest, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced that the game will kick off at 3:30 p.m. eastern on Saturday, November 11. It was previously released the Seminoles would play on ABC for the eighth time (LSU, Boston College, Clemson, Virginia Tech, Syracuse, Duke, Wake Forest, Miami) in ten games.

The kickoff time was dependent on other games this weekend as Georgia Tech-Clemson and Duke-North Carolina also had their times flexed. Ultimately, the Yellow Jackets and Tigers were selected to play at noon on ABC while the Blue Devils and Tar Heels landed at 8 p.m. on the ACC Network.

Miami came up short on Saturday night in a road game against North Carolina State. The Hurricanes were defeated 20-6 after failing to record 300 yards of total offense. Quarterback Tyler Van Dyke completed 21/38 passes for 173 yards with zero touchdown passes and three interceptions.

The contest previously sold out in what will be the fourth fully packed game inside Doak Campbell Stadium in 2023. Florida State will be celebrating Military Appreciation when the Hurricanes travel to Tallahassee.
