How to Watch Florida State at Florida: Kickoff Time, TV Channel, and Odds

Question marks surround both teams as the Seminoles go on the road to meet the Florida Gators.

The No. 5 Florida State Seminoles (11-0, 8-0) are set to go on the road on Saturday to face off against long-time rival Florida Gators (5-6, 3-5 SEC). There is always anticipation surrounding this matchup, but much is on the line for both teams vying to take down the rivalry. FSU recently dropped a spot in the 2023 College Football Playoff rankings to No. 4 Washington and will be looking to prove to the committee they belong among the top-4 teams in the country.

Meanwhile, Florida will be fighting for bowl eligibility after losing four of their past five games.

There is another ripple in the tides as both teams will be without their starting quarterbacks. Florida State's Jordan Travis suffered a season-ending injury in last week's win over North Alabama. Florida's Graham Mertz's season was also cut short after he suffered a collarbone injury in their 31-33 loss to Missouri.

FSU will rely on redshirt junior Tate Rodemaker, who has 336 passing yards and five touchdowns on the season. Rodemaker led the 'Noles to a 58-13 victory last Saturday, and the team has rallied around him as they look toward an ACC Championship and potential playoff berth,

The Gators will rely on freshman Max Brown, who has thrown 12 passes for 106 yards in 2023 and will make his first career start against the Seminoles.

Florida State has held every opponent this season to under 30 points per game and has one of the country's best passing defenses, only allowing a 47% completion percentage. They also lead the ACC in both scoring offense and defense.

Still, as a favorite heading into the game, FSU has seen this game take some wild twists and turns, and this one shouldn't be any different. The last time the two teams met ended in a field-storming 45-38 victory for the 'Noles.
