Defensive end Patrick Payton, center Maurice Smith, and offensive tackle Robert Scott, Jr announced their intentions on January 1 to play next year, and joining them now will be offensive guard Keiondre Jones.

The LaGrange, GA native is listed as 6'3" and 323 pounds and was a composite four-star prospect out of Callaway. He transferred in from Auburn for the 2023 season after appearing in 36 games with 22 starts with the Tigers. Appearing in all 15 games for the Seminoles, he excelled in pass blocking, with his highest-graded games per PFF being against Duke (87.4), Pittsburgh (85.3), Florida (84.9), and LSU (84.1).

Jones, a redshirt senior, will be part of a seasoned group of linemen, including Scott, Jr. (R-Sr.), Jeremiah Byers (Rs-Sr.), and Smith (R-Sr.). As the team gears up for the 2024 season, the offensive line is set to welcome several promising prospects. Florida State has secured commitments from four-star recruits Manasse Itete and Jonathan Daniels, along with three-star prospects Tye Hylton and Jayden Todd, adding depth and talent to the lineup.

Jones is the eighth Seminole to publicly reveal that he's returning to the program in 2024. Redshirt senior running back Lawrance Toafili, redshirt senior offensive tackle Darius Washington, redshirt senior center Maurice Smith, redshirt senior offensive tackle Rober Scott, redshirt junior defensive end Patrick Payton, redshirt junior safety Shyheim Brown, and sophomore wide receiver Destyn Hill all previously made announcements over the last few weeks.
