COMMITS REACT: Tribe24 Surges To Top-5 Class With Pledge Of Five-Star Safety KJ Bolden

The Seminoles have landed 12 commitments, including a pair of five-star prospects, since July 1.

It wasn't very long ago when Florida State fans were beginning to panic over recruiting. That has flipped to excitement over the last five weeks as the Seminoles have gone on a huge run on the trail through July and into August. Gone is the narrative that Mike Norvell can't land high school prospects and top-five classes in Tallahassee.

FSU will have to hold on until December while making a run at a couple of other elite prospects leading up to the Early Signing Period. Regardless, the commitment of No. 1 safety KJ Bolden was the cherry on top of a summer to remember for the Seminoles. He joins two other five-star prospects in the class, cornerback Charles Lester III and tight end Landen Thomas.

Four-Star Quarterback Luke Kromenhoek (FSU commit): "I'm just super pumped. I think that being able to go on the run that we are on is amazing and speaks so much about coach and this staff. This class is going to be special and we are going to make even more noise for sure!"

Four-Star Running Back Micahi Danzy (FSU commit): "I definitely think he is a great addition to Tribe24. He is an impact player that can definitely make some huge plays and change the outcome of a game."

Four-Star Wide Reciever Camdon Frier (FSU commit): "Coach Norvell has been on a roll. KJ joining the Tribe is huge and I can't wait to see where this class goes."

Four-Star Wide Receiver BJ Gibson (FSU commit): "FSU is turning things around and everybody sees it. Tribe24 is something serious and we're not done yet!"

Three-Star Offensive Lineman Jayden Todd (FSU commit): "Gaining KJ to Tribe24 is a huge gain not only for our class but our team! I feel like this class is special!"

Three-Star Defensive Tackle Jamorie Flagg (FSU commit): "I'm excited we have a great strong class. #Tribe24, it's been a big couple of weeks for just not us but FSU recruiting. I can't wait see what the future holds for all of us!"

Three-Star Safety CJ Heard (FSU commit): "The place where dreams come true!"

Three-Star Kicker Jake Weinberg (FSU commit): "Everyone is really excited and pumped to have him join the Tribe. He's going to play a big role and help the team out a lot."
