ESPN to Premiere Documentary of Georgia's 2022 National Championship Season
It has been nearly half a year since the confetti fell in Los Angeles, Calif., and the Georgia Bulldogs were crowned "Kings of College" football for the second year in a row. But that should not stop Dawgnation from continuing to savor its victory. In fact, Bulldog fans will have an opportunity to relish in their victory even more thanks to ESPN.
ESPN's featured film titled "Them Dawgs" is a documentary that will follow the Georgia Bulldog's 2022 national championship team throughout the entire season. The documentary will feature highlights from games, player interviews, and never before seen footage from locker rooms, sidelines, and more.
This is the second instance in which a Georgia Bulldogs football team will be featured in a documentary, as the 2021 national championship team was featured in a similar documentary titled "The Year of the Dawg" just a year prior.
"Them Dawgs" is set to air nationally on SEC Network at 7 p.m. on July 17th. The film will also be available on the streaming service ESPN+.
