Georgia Commit Gives Latest Recruiting Pitch to No. 1 Player in the Nation

Georgia commit Peyton Woodyard gives his latest recruiting pitch to five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola.

Around the Georgia football program, it seems as if recruiting never stops. The Bulldogs are always putting in maximum effort on the trail to ensure that they end up with a top class for every cycle. But sometimes it's not just the coaches who are telling recruits why they should come to Georgia. Sometimes it's another player serving as a team recruiter.

One of the top prospects that Georgia is after in the 2024 class is quarterback Dylan Raiola. He's the number one player in the nation, a five-star prospect and obviously immensely talented when it comes to throwing the football. Raiola was at one point an Ohio State commit, but after decomitting from the Buckeyes, it has opened the door for the Bulldogs.

To help make sure that Georgia adds Raiola to their 2024 class, Peyton Woodyard, who is a current 2024 commit in the upcoming class, is putting in his best efforts to make sure Raiola knows where he is supposed to be when it comes time for him to make a decision.

Right now it seems as if this recruiting battle will come down to Nebraska and Georgia. Regardless of where Raiola decides to continue his football career at the collegiate level, Georgia won't be able to say that they didn't put their best effort forward in trying to get the five-star quarterback.

Georgia already has a quarterback commit in the 2024 class, Ryan Puglisi. Puglisi is a talented signal caller in his own right, but the Bulldogs would love to add even more talent to their quarterback room if they are able to. And Raiola would certainly do just that.
