The Georgia Bulldogs showed off their grit, picking up the biggest victory of the season over No. 9 Ole Miss. Plenty of players had an important part in the victory Saturday night for the Dawgs en route to moving to 10-0 ahead of their game with Tennessee next weekend. Georgia head coach Kirby Smart holds his weekly Monday Press Conference to recap the big win.

He updated the Injury Report entering the matchup vs Tennessee. 

Georgia Football Injury Report 11/13

  • TE, Brock Bowers (Ankle) - "He didn't play every snap of every game anyways, but he's in good shape, he's conditioned. I don't know that he's 100%, but he's healthy and safe enough to play and we are gonna let him play if he wants to play."
  • OT, Amarius Mims (Ankle) - 
  • DB, Julian Humphrey (Shoulder) - "I don't know how long it's going to be. He's got an upper-body injury, but he's dinged up."
  • DL, Zion Logue - 
  • WR, Ladd McConkey (Ankle?) - 
  • Dan Jackson (Knee) - He played against Ole Miss in mop-up time. 
  • Darris Smith "He is focused on academics right now, I wouldn't say he's with us but he's focused on academics right now."
  • Xavian Sorey - Sorey did not dress vs Missouri and Kirby Smart said that he was dealing with personal things.
  • RB Branson Robinson (Knee) - Robinson has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after a preseason knee injury.

The Dawgs now prepare to face the Tennessee Volunteers, which would have been an SEC East championship game if the Vols had not lost to Missouri earlier in the day, meaning Georgia clinched the East whether they beat ole Miss or not.
