It's been a little over a month since the 2023 NFL draft took place. A long list of former college football players finally got to see their long-time dream come true of hearing their names called on draft day, and the Bulldogs had ten of their former players taken in this year's draft.

One of those players was quarterback Stetson Bennett, who was selected by the Los Angeles Rams in the fourth round with the 128th overall pick. Bennett is now teamed up in LA with another former all-time Georgia great at the quarterback position, Matthew Stafford.

The league's group of rookies for the upcoming season have now been settling in with their new teams and have already gotten a taste of what it is like playing at the professional level. Making that adjustment can be a daunting task and can be overwhelming for many. To help ease the transition, some of the first-year players had the opportunity to receive some advice from some of the NFL's greatest players to ever play the game, and Bennett was a part of that group.

In the video, viewers can see Bennett receiving words of encouragement from former Green Bay Packer and now New York Jet, Aaron Rodgers. At the end of the clip, Bennett opens up a box that contains a signed Rodgers jersey, and the NFL great can be heard uttering the words, "Stetson, I loved watching you play at Georgia."

Bennett finished his career at the University of Georgia as one of the most decorated players in program history. Two national titles, a Heisman Trophy finalist, the program's first-ever single-season 4,000-yard passer, and along with many more accolades. Now he looks to continue his immense success as a football player at the professional level with the Rams.
