Terry Roberts Announces Draft Decision
After completing the 2022-23 basketball season, Georgia guard Terry Roberts has announced via his Instagram that he will be taking his talents to the NBA Draft.
Roberts was one of the many transfers to join the Bulldogs program for the 2022-23 season as he transferred from Bradley to the University of Georgia to join Mike White in his first year as the team's head coach. He was a major factor in the team's 16-16 record, which was a massive improvement for a team that won just six total games the year prior.
He led the team in scoring with 13.2 points per game, assists, and steals. He scored a season-high 26 points in Georgia's victory over Auburn in Athens. He, unfortunately, missed a handful of games after suffering a pair of injuries in the back half of the season and the Bulldog's record would suffer as a result
While Roberts' absence will surely be felt by the Bulldogs as the 2024 season approaches. Georgia's current roster as well as a relatively high recruiting class has given Georgia fans plenty to be excited about for years to come.
