The Yellow Jackets offense totaled nearly 600 yards in the win yesterday

It was a great day on the offensive side of the ball for Georgia Tech against South Carolina State. The Yellow Jackets totaled nearly 600 yards and averaged 8.6 yards per play. Yes they were playing an overmatched opponent in the Bulldogs, but it was the exact kind of game that you would want to see from this team. 

The running game was a major bright spot for Georgia Tech. Georgia Tech ran for 268 yards and averaged a little over eight yards per carry. Jamal Haynes had another big game and got over the 100-yard mark.
