Gonzaga has a 'chance to make a run' in 2024 NCAA Tournament
The Gonzaga Bulldogs, despite falling in the West Coast Conference Tournament championship game, received a favorable draw as a 5-seed in the 2024 NCAA Tournament.
While many prognosticators projected Gonzaga to fall on the 7- or 8-seed line, a tough nonconference schedule, high NET ranking and solid efficiency numbers boded well for Mark Few's program to start yet another run at the Sweet 16.
Still, the Zags have to avoid an upset from 12-seed McNeese State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament to stay on track for their ninth-straight appearance in the second weekend. The Cowboys set a program record for wins in a season (30) behind one of the stingiest defenses in the country.
Former Gonzaga All-American Adam Morrison broke down the first-round matchup and why he thinks the Bulldogs have a chance to make another deep postseason run in a new episode of The Perimeter.
