'Gonzaga has a legitimate shot' to land 5-star recruit Isiah Harwell

The top-10 recruit in the 2025 class scheduled a visit with the Bulldogs for February

The Gonzaga men's basketball coaching staff spent a lot of time over the offseason on the recruiting trail, visiting numerous targets in not just next year's class, but 2025 as well.

Among the Bulldogs' top priorities is Isiah Harwell, a consensus top-10 recruit in the 2025 class out of Wasatch Academy (Utah). The 6-foot-6 guard scheduled his first official visit with Gonzaga on the weekend of Feb. 3, when the Zags will host No. 23 Saint Mary's in a battle of West Coast Conference powerhouses.

Harwell is fielding numerous offers from premier programs across the country, including UCLA, Houston, Villanova, Kentucky, Alabama and North Carolina. The Zags got into the recruiting mix a little later than most, but don't count out Mark Few and the coaching staff just yet.

Former All-American Dan Dickau breaks down why he believes Gonzaga has a legitimate chance at landing Harwell in a new episode of the Gonzaga Nation podcast.
