Efton Reid III lasted just one season at Gonzaga, officially transferring to Wake Forest on Thursday.

A five-star center out of high school, Reid has yet to find a home at the college level. He played one season at LSU before transferring to Gonzaga. Now he is heading to his third school in three years.

Reid has enormous potential, boasting a 7-foot, 240-pound frame. He averaged 6.3 points and 4.3 rebounds as a freshman at LSU, but that dipped to 2.1 points and 1.0 rebounds this past season at Gonzaga.

Reid will join another former Zag, Hunter Sallis, at Wake Forest. Since Reid is a two-time transfer his eligibility remains uncertain. Per NCAA rules, two-time transfers are required to sit out a year. Reid will have to receive a waiver in order to play for Wake Forest next season.

On the latest episode of the Gonzaga Nation podcast, former Zags' All-American Dan Dickau analyzes Reid's game, why he didn't see the floor at Gonzaga and much more.
