AP Poll: Toledo In At #23, Liberty Up To #22, Tulane & JMU Move Back
Week 12 of the college football season ended this weekend, which was followed by a release of a new AP Top 25.
This week, four teams from the Group of Five ranks found themselves in the Top 25.
Toledo make their first appearance in the Top 25, following a rivalry win over Bowling Green that gave them a ten-win season for the first time since 2017. The Rockets land at #23 this week.

Following their first loss of the season, James Madison dropped back to #24 from #18. JMU lost to an unranked Appalachian State team at home this weekend in overtime.

The Liberty Flames moved from #25 to #22 with with their eleventh win of the season. Liberty are the only remaining unbeaten G5 team after Appalachian State's loss.
Tulane won yet another AAC game, improving their AAC conference record to 7-0. However, they move back to #18 from #17 this week. Tulane are the only ranked G5 team in the College Football Playoff Rankings.
Others G5 Teams Receiving Votes: UNLV (56), SMU (49), Fresno St. (6), New Mexico St. (3), and Miami (OH) (1).
The AP Top 25 is released every Sunday of the season around 2 PM ET.
