A native of Baltimore, Biggers signed with Bowling Green in the class of 2018. He played three seasons for the Falcons, totaling 100 tackles and returned a fumble 100 yards for a touchdown.

After the 2020 season, Biggers transferred to Boise State, where he started 22 games over two years. In his final college season, Biggers had 39 tackles, a sack, five tackles for loss, and an interception.

Biggers signed with the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent in 2023. He returned interception for a touchdown in the preseason, but was waived in late August.

Hamilton finished the 2023 season with an 8-10 record, losing in the first round of the league playoffs.

CFL training camps for the upcoming season are set to open on Sunday, May 14, 2024.
