UNLV will host Boise State in Mountain West Football Title Game
Following a wild weekend of results in the Mountain West Conference, we have a title game matchup.
The 9-3 UNLV Rebels will host the 7-5 Boise State Broncos at Allegiant Stadium on December 2 at 3 PM ET. The game will be televised on FOX.

The Rebels are making their first appearance in the Mountain West title game. UNLV are searching for their first conference championship since 1994. First-year head coach Barry Odom has the Rebels at their highest win total since 1984.
Boise State are making their second consecutive appearance in the league championship game. The Broncos are looking for their Mountain West Conference championship since 2019. Including 2023, Boise State will have appeared in six of the last seven Mountain West title games.

The Broncos are 2-0 under interim head coach Spencer Danielson. Boise State defeated Air Force this past weekend to eliminate the Falcons from championship contention.
UNLV lost to San José State in Las Vegas over the weekend, creating a three-way tie at the top of the league. The spots in the championship game went to the two teams with the highest computer rankings. The Mountain West uses rankings from Jeff Anderson & Chris Hester, Colley’s Bias Free Matrix Rankings, Massey Ratings and Peter R. Wolfe as its tiebreaker to determine championship game participants if other methods used to determine the participants are not applicable.
