Less than 24 hours before homecoming kickoff, the Hoosier pride should be at an all-time high as fans can celebrate both sports in one weekend. Indiana football will kick off versus Rutgers at noon on Saturday.

An official time for Hoosier Hysteria hasn't been set just yet, but last year's introduction to the men's and women's basketball seasons started at 7 p.m. ET and was streamed live on BTN+.

The schedule of events has also not been released, but the beloved celebration usually consists of an address from head coaches Mike Woodson and Teri Moren and will more than likely feature the 2023-24 player introductions from both teams.

You might remember Moren's 2022 entrance in a crimson convertible decked out in Indiana signage while Woodson rolled out in a convertible of his own covered in historic Hoosier basketball photos complete with the five NCAA Tournament banners and a tribute to former head coach Bob Knight.

Woodson made his famous pre-season line at Hoosier Hysteria causing fans to erupt in applause and multiple reporters to include the legendary quote in their Hysteria recaps:

"Indiana basketball – excuse my language – is the shit," Woodson said.

Both squads participated in on-court, three-point shooting competitions and a skills competition followed by other basketball activities last year.

Chloe Moore-McNeil and Miller Kopp won the three-point contest as they drained a combined 28 three-pointers to defeat Sara Scalia and Xavier Johnson for the title. Last season's event also included a six-minute men's scrimmage that revealed that season's eventual starters. More details are to come regarding the time and scheduling of events.
