Along with Kopp, the 2023-24 Limoges CSP roster features former NCAA players Tyree Appleby (Wake Forest), Kameron McGusty (Miami), Simisola Shittu (Vanderbilt) and Kristian Doolittle (Oklahoma).

Kopp, a Houston, Texas native, began his collegiate career at Northwestern, where he started 74 games across three seasons and averaged a career-high 13.1 points as a sophomore in 2019-20.

Kopp transferred to Indiana ahead of coach Mike Woodson's first year in 2021-22. He started all 70 games over his two-year career as a Hoosier, helping Indiana go 44-26 with two NCAA Tournament appearances. Kopp averaged 6.0 points and shot 36.1 percent from 3-point range in 2021-22, then improved his numbers to 8.1 points per game on 44.4 percent 3-point shooting in 2022-23.

His career-high at Indiana came on Nov. 30, 2021, when he scored 28 points on 4-for-9 3-point shooting during the Hoosiers 112-110 double-overtime loss at Syracuse. During his fifth year, Kopp played especially well in both games against Rutgers, scoring 21 points in the first matchup and 18 in the second, good for his top two scoring games in 2022-23.
