BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Two high school women's basketball players in the class of 2025 took visits to Bloomington this past week, as coach Teri Moren and the Indiana Hoosiers are hard at work on the recruiting trail.

The two players in question are Lauren Hurst and Nevaeh Caffey. Hurst is a 6-foot-2 forward from Cleveland, Tenn., who plays for the public high school of the same name, and for the East TN Air Thunder AAU team. Caffey is a 5-foot-10 guard from Incarnate Word Academy in St. Louis, Mo., and plays her AAU ball for 17U Phee Elite. Caffey's AAU team is named for and sponsored by three-time WNBA all-star Napheesa Collier.

Caffey is ranked by Prep Girls Hoops as the second best women's basketball prospect in the state of Missouri in the class of 2025.

According to MaxPreps, Hurst averaged 10.8 points and 7.2 rebounds per game during her junior season at Cleveland High School. Though there are no stats for Caffey uploaded to her MaxPreps page, the class of 2025 guard does have a page filled with highlights from her sophomore season for Incarnate Word.

Hurst is also a decorated high school volleyball player, having been named 2022-23 Gatorade Tennessee Volleyball Player of the Year.

According to their Twitter pages, both Hurst and Caffey have received scholarship offers from the Indiana women's basketball team.

In addition to IU, Hurst has offers from schools such as Kentucky, Alabama, N.C. State, Virginia Tech, Marquette, Tennessee, Georgia and Illinois. Likewise, Caffey also has scholarship offers from Michigan, Marquette and Mississippi State.

Moren and Indiana already have a commit in the class of 2025 in Hamilton Southeastern's own Maya Makalusky. HoosiersNow.com wrote a profile on the 6-foot-3 sharpshooter from Fishers, Ind., in July, which you can check out at the following link, CLICK HERE
